(This is more than we need right now, but I can see how we will want to add more as we go)

Pricing

This plan gives us the best options and space to grow. And it's still cheaper than an autoresponder by itself (see more info below)

  • We can use the same CF account for CCFS as well as Nelo (once we're ready to launch that)
  • We're not limited in the number of emails we send out, and we have the ability to have as many contacts as we'll need for a long time
  • Ease of setup, speed of implementation and opportunity to do more
  • We could eventually put our site and blog on CF if we decide to
  • We could create courses for new customers or potential clients that helps educate the market and build trust in our brand
  • Analytics built in so we can easily see what's working and what's not

Cost Per Year: $2497

Integrating with Salesforce

We can integrate to Salesforce using Webhooks (and we may need Zapier unless Salesforce let's us directly connect somehow - still looking into how webhooks work, and I'm not super familiar with Salesforce yet).

I am not sure if we can have Salesforce communicate back to Clickfunnels yet (for example, if a rep talks to a customer for the first time, we can trigger a follow up email sequence that will automatically go out - we may not be able to do that right now, but I think it's more important at this point that we send info to Salesforce). In the future, we might be able to and that would help us create a really streamlined process for the reps and the marketing.

How Does Clickfunnels Compare to the Competition?

I've included two autoresponder companies below to compare pricing with Clickfunnels. Campaign Monitor and ActiveCampaign. These are JUST autoresponders so their main function is sending emails (I know they can do some other things as well, but their main focus is email).

As you can see, either option would cost MORE than what we would pay with Clickfunnels... plus with Clickfunnels we can do much more on top of that. I could pull in website/funnel builders and other software to compare each, but the fact that Clickfunnels is less expensive than the autoresponders, it's doesn't seem necessary to belabor the point.

Even with the cheapest option above (Active campaign with 10,000 contacts - which isn't even enough) we would pay $250 MORE.

So cost-wise, Clickfunnels wins.

Importing Contacts

I am looking into bulk importing contacts into Clickfunnels. It appears that they are working on that feature, but it hasn't been rolled out yet. I've reached out to support to find out if they can give me any kind of timeline.

To Sum Up...

In conclusion, I feel like Clickfunnels is the best solution to build our marketing platform on. It will enable us to do everything we want to do (and give us options to do even more in the future if we choose to at some point). It is the most cost effective solution as well as shown above.

And that doesn't even include the TRUE COSTS of having a solution like this :)

The time saved from going from idea to implementation alone is worth it. Not to mention how many hours will be saved by me not having to ask Brandon to help create and push out a landing page or send an email, and not needing you, Eric, to have to be as involved.

You can help with the overall strategy for our campaigns, then I'll go build it, then Brandon can tweak it to make it look nice (if needed), and then Eric, you can sign off on it and we can then make tweaks or edits together before setting it "LIVE". That time saved alone will more than pay for the cost.

NOTE: The only negative right now that I see is that they don't have a bulk upload feature for contacts. So we may have to continue to use Campaign Monitor to send emails to our list in the meantime until we can bulk import our contacts... But any new leads we generate inside of CF can be emailed inside of CF.

THank you!
